Single Ply
Long gone are the days of built up roofs and hot tar kettles. Current roofing materials are mostly single ply membranes, which means exactly that; one layer thick. They require specialized equipment to be able to install and weld, but are well worth it. They are lighter weight, easier to repair, and extremely energy efficient.

Bid Process
Give us a call, send an e-mail with a request/invitation to bid, or contact us through pro-cor or building connected. When we receive your request, we will review the prints and scope and get back to you with an honest quote and any value engineering you request.

Pre-Construction
We review and sign contracts, send insurance and licensing documents, overnight submittals and shop drawings and finalize schedules. We make sure everyone is on the same page long before construction begins to make sure your project stays on schedule.

Construction
We come out with our team of highly trained roofers to complete your project on schedule. Any changes requested can be fulfilled with a change order signed in the field - no paperwork delays.
Our employees are safety focused, OSHA trained, and certified to run all of our lifts and equipment.

Post Production
We have a final walk through, request final inspections from the municipality and material manufacturer. After our perfect score is achieved for warranty purposes, final closeout documents will be sent.
